The world famous social media company Twitter has started a legal battle against Elon Musk. Twitter has filed a lawsuit against Musk asking the Delaware court to complete the $44 billion merger in accordance with the agreement.  The lawsuit was filed against Elon Musk after he announced that he was leaving Twitter for not providing information about the number of fake and spam accounts. Musk was ranked 25th in Forbes' list of the world's richest people and ranked first in the 'Most Innovative Leader' of 2019. It has been requested to give him an order to complete the agreement at the rate of 54.20 dollars per share. According to international media, Musk was accused of violating the terms of the agreement by withdrawing from the agreement due to lack of fulfilling his personal interests.
